  • "Justine and I have both now used the services of Airport Parkade, and I must say their service is excellent. They were ready and waiting at the agreed point both on departure and arrival, and very professional in their approach. They did a quick check, and when delivering the car again, it was beautifully clean, with a complimentary bottle of water and snack bar (just a nice little touch), and they were also very responsive in getting back to me with a quote / confirmation / or reply to any question, and their price is right! Our guys will all be using their services, and I thought you might be interested to know about them as well."

  • "We have been using your services since October 2014 and would like to say thank you very much for the exceptional service we have received from you over the last six months. I have never had a single incident where I’ve been forgotten or had to wait any length of time, for my car. In fact, one of our employees accidentally handed our vehicle over to the incorrect parking company and you went beyond the call of duty to make sure it was recovered – that was on a Friday evening and, it took over 4 hours to sort out. You paid them and still phoned me at 7 pm to reassure me that all was well. In times like these, where good service is not common, I applaud you on your service ethic."

  • Since I started using you at O.R. Tambo more than a year ago.
    The most important criterion in my opinion is RELIABILITY. 10/10! You have never let me down!
    Then comes HONESTY also10/10! I have often left things in my vehicle and nothing has ever gone missing...not even small change for parking or peppermint sweets!
    PUNCTUALITY is important but very difficult to get right every time . 9/10 Traffic to the Airport, flight arrival and baggage retrieval are often hard to predict, but when we do fail to meet exactly on time, apologies are always warm and sincere ...from both sides!
    ATTITUDE is also critical 10/10. Your staff are polite, warm, interested in where I am going or coming from... and delightful, cheerful greetings and smiles ...makes doing business with them feel like working with trained people in my own team!
    Lastly PRICE. 10/10. I have not found a cheaper alternative!
    I not only recommend you widely, but I have no wish to change to any other provider.

Collection Procedure

  1. On Departure the client will proceed to the Domestic/ International Departure terminal where a service consultant/ driver will meet and greet the client, fill out the form, record the mileage and note any defects on the vehicle.
  2. On the Clients return to OR Tambo International Airport, he/she will proceed to the domestic/ international departure terminals of the Airport.
  3. The client would then process payment to the service consultant/ driver or will receive a copy of his invoice if they hold an account with Babsi Airport Parking.
